FULL TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT /CUSTOMER SERVICE
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Must be self-motivated, punctual with demonstrated professional maturity
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Manage calendar for Managing Director
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Run company’s errands to post office and office supply store
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, and appointments
- Maintain office supplies for department
Qualification:
- High School Diploma
· 1 year of hands on administrative support experience
· proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
· knowledge of operating standard office equipment - Knowledge of Sage50 and QuickBooks
· excellent communications skill, Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
· Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
· good research skills and attention to detail
Working Conditions
- Standard work week (40 hrs. /week, Monday to Friday)
- Salary depends on skills and experience.
